Research Interests

I'm particularly interested in the restorative effects of natural environments on attention; both their cognitive benefits and neurological underpinnings. I use a variety of behavioral measures as well as EEG in my research. Before Utah, I worked for three years as a research assistant in Colby College’s Memory and Language Lab on projects relating to semantic memory, false memory, the testing effect, and cognitive aging.
